A Statement Released by the Jamestown Police Department

On January 22, 2013 Officer Michael Bush was arrested and charged with obstructing governmental administration by the Ellicott Police Department for an incident that occurred outside the City of Jamestown. The Jamestown Police Department has initiated an internal investigation into this matter. Officer Bush has been placed on administrative leave until the investigation is complete. Any questions in relation to the criminal investigations should be directed to the Ellicott Police Department.
