Police say 27-year-old, Robert Richardson, and 35-year-old, Nicole Hauck, were arrested for manufacturing Methamphetamines.

The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force found the meth lab at the apartment, located on Hall Street in Randolph, after a drug investigation by the Olean Police Office.
