Man Dressed as Joker Arrested in Lakewood | News

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. -- A Jamestown man who showed up at an Applebee's dressed as the joker from the Batman movies is facing charges. 

24-year-old Aaron Chase was in makeup when he walked into the restaurant in Lakewood just before 11 p.m. on Sunday.

People at the restaurant were concerned after Chase allegedly began harassing people at the bar.  Police say he was intoxicated and had no money, but was demanding to be served.

He was arrested and charged with trespassing after refusing repeated requests to leave.

He was also taken to WCA hospital for a mental evaluation.
