Nature Center Photography Walk on Wednesday, July 22

Nature Center Photography Walk on Wednesday, July 22

Jamestown, NY – If your camera has a manual mode that allows you to set the aperture, shutter speed, and ISO, you will want to be part of the Audubon Nature Center’s Photography Walk on Wednesday evening, July 22.

“Exposure!” is the topic for this second of four scheduled Walks. From 7-8:30 p.m., the focus will be on learning to take advantage of all your camera can do.

Even if “setting the aperture, shutter speed, and ISO” are unfamiliar terms, it will be helpful if you can figure out where the buttons, dials, and settings are that allow you to do this on your camera before you come. Or bring your camera manual to get assistance finding them.

The workshop will include a series of exercises to help you understand how to change these settings and will explain in plain language why you would want to.
